WHAT IS A HYSTEROSCOPY?

Hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive technique that allows direct examination of the inside of the uterus. It is used to diagnose and, in some cases, treat conditions such as polyps, endometrial abnormalities, and causes of unexplained bleeding. Using a thin instrument, the gynecologist is able to provide an accurate diagnosis, improving treatment options for each woman.
