Ο Dr.Καρτσιούνης ανέλαβε ένα συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο σε μια πολύ δύσκολη κατάσταση , με υψηλό επαγγελματισμό και ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον. H εξειδίκευσή του από το εξωτερικό φάνηκε στον τρόπο που αντιμετώπισε την κατάσταση με σιγουριά και ακρίβεια σε αντίθεση με τις "αοριστίες" προηγούμενου γιατρού. 'Αψογος και στην ψυχολογική προσέγγιση της ασθενούς κάτι το οποίο σπανίζει τη σήμερον ημέρα.
